"What do you want to achieve, when is this course useful or a success?” are questions we focus on in the first session of coaching or therapy. These questions may be difficult for you to answer. I can help you in making this more clear, so that you know what you want and what you need.


Coaching and therapy can help you to grow and develop yourself as a person. As a psychologist my role is to support people in such a process. I have an engaging style that is personal and stimulating.


In this cycle we focus not only on your behavior but also on your characteristics as a person. This I believe increases the effectiveness. By developing a deeper understanding of yourself, we can make the coaching results more sustainable. It will allow you to continue your development long after our sessions.


Coaching or therapy takes place in my office in The Hague, at work or for example on the beach of Scheveningen.
